The Royal Mosaic School, Hertfordshire

Set within 300 acres of beautiful parkland, RMS has a range of flexible spaces for hire.
These are ideal for diverse events including concerts, lectures, large weddings and celebrations, exhibitions, filming and residential hire.
Wellington College, Berkshire
Set in the heart of Berkshire’s leafy woodland – yet located just one hour from Central London and wonderfully accessible by road (M3/M4) and rail – the College is set amongst 400 acres of picturesque, natural grounds.
The magnificent Victorian site offers an array of versatile historic and modern spaces, alongside flexible hospitality services, and superb sports and arts facilities to suit a wide variety of events. The College welcomes both Residential Programmes and Non-residential Events, across Conferences, Courses, Music and Performing Arts, Sports, Weddings and Special Occasions, Film/Photography, and more.
The College premises and facilities are open for hire throughout the extensive College school holiday periods and long weekends, and we are proud to welcome a broad range of clients and events.

Mayville High School, Hampshire
School facilities are available to hire in the evenings, weekends and during school holidays. We have a range of purpose-built, fully-equipped spaces, including our main hall, the recently-opened Senior block and a range of classrooms.
The Cottage comprises of a hall that can be used for dance, gym tots, theatrical pursuits or as a conference area.
At the back of the building there is a less formal seating area, with soft seats and tables, which can be used for local groups, conferences or teaching. This opens out onto a garden with seating area. In the summer, the combined spaces are attractive option for groups teaching foreign students and local companies offering seminars or small conferences. There is a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities.
Classrooms in The Cottage are available to use during the holidays, with a teaching capacity for 25 students. These rooms are equipped with WiFi, whiteboards and interactive boards.
This is our Main Hall, with theatre-style retractable seating. The hall is equipped with a sound system, lights and mirrors and is perfect for theatre and dance groups, or for conferences and seminars.

Hire Cockleshell Community Sports Club in Southsea
Our community sports club has 23 acres of green space tucked behind houses on Southsea seafront, adjacent to the Royal Marines Museum. This has been made available through the Cockleshell Community Sports Club to a number of organisations in the city, including Mayville High School and Meon Milton Football Club.
Gordons School, Surrey
Gordon's School's outstanding sports facilities are used by both professional and local teams. The extensive sporting venues available for hire include a floodlit 3G all-weather pitch, sports hall, hockey astro, netball courts and playing fields.

Sports Hub and Facilities Hire
The Sports Hub is home to four badminton courts, two indoor practice netball courts, a basketball court, cricket nets and much, much more. In addition to the floodlit hockey astro and two outdoor netball courts, there is an all-weather full-size rugby pitch to accommodate either rugby or football. Shiplake College, Oxfordshire
With a beautiful site and views over the River Thames, Shiplake College provides a perfect venue for wedding ceremonies and receptions, formal dinners, parties and conferences (venue hire only during school holidays, half terms and exeat weekends). Sports facilities are also available to let in the evenings and weekends, including a small astro (with floodlights), a full size artificial pitch, a training MUGA, cricket pitches, sports pitches, climbing wall, outdoor swimming pool, rowing facilities and tennis courts). Tormead School, Surrey
Tormead School is thrilled to announce the launch of our newly expanded and improved facilities for hire. After refurbishing many spaces, we’re opening them to external clubs for training sessions, events, and activities outside school hours.
Our multi-purpose sports hall can be adapted for various sports, including badminton, hockey, netball, and cricket. It features a unique sprung floor gymnasium for gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, fitness classes, and other activities. Additionally, the hall includes a fully equipped fitness suite for classes or personal training.
For outdoor sports, we offer four full-size netball and tennis courts, ideal for local clubs and organizations. At our Urnfield Sport Ground, we have a full-sized Astroturf pitch, 400m athletics track, football pitches, cricket pitches, a 6-lane artificial wicket cricket net, and a sports pavilion with stunning views of the Surrey Downs.
For music performances, theatre productions, conferences, or community events, we provide facilities ranging from our intimate JCS Auditorium to our 400-seater main hall, both equipped with sound and lighting systems. We also offer various classrooms for hire, suitable for drama, music rehearsals, art classes, food tech classes, or relaxed lounge-style settings.
