Tommy Freeman OC (2008-2016) Selected For England Rugby Squad

Tommy has been named by England Head Coach, Steve Borthwick, in the 36-man squad that will compete in the Guinness Men's Six Nations Championship starting next month.
Mark Bolton, Head of Rugby and Tommy's coach at Culford, shared his thoughts: "Tommy's progress has been brilliant to see. We are extremely proud of the rugby player Tommy is. He is an exciting and highly skilled player who inspires the next generation of Culford rugby players to follow in his footsteps. We all look forward to seeing him wearing the famous England jersey and adding to his caps shortly."
Last term, Tommy returned to Culford and left a lasting impact on our players. George from Upper Third shared, "His progression and passion for rugby has inspired me to push hard for my goals and not stop. He's given me tips to help me in my sporting career and made me push myself towards my dreams.''
Tommy is the epitome of an Old Culfordian, demonstrating resilience, honesty and dynamism throughout his career. The entire Culford community will watch on eagerly as he continues to make waves. Congratulations Tommy!
