Michelin Star For A Talented Alumnus Of Ryde School.

How exciting!

An alumnus of Ryde has just been awarded a Michelin star for his restaurant. Pongcharn ‘Top’ Russell runs Mia in Bangkok with his wife Michelle Goh, a well known pastry chef. Thailand-born Top moved to the Isle of Wight in his teens and attended Ryde, going on to work for Priory Bay Hotel before working for a number of prestigious restaurants in the UK and abroad, for example Sketch in London and Pollen in Singapore. Additionally, Top was named in Forbes 30 Under 30 in Asia.
