Old Ratcliffian Sam Bird (18) got in touch to share is story, to thank and highlight how the amazing community at Ratcliffe College continues to support each other after leaving.

'As an Old Ratcliffian, I highly value the importance of community as well as ambition and hard work. After leaving Ratcliffe in 2018 and completing my Law Degree at University, I reached out to the Old Ratcliffian Association for some work experience and received an overwhelming amount of support, which was unbelievably helpful for my career.

Thanks to the support received from fellow alumni I have been working in Corporate Law as part of the Legal Counsel at Toyota Material Handling UK Ltd for over two years now! Coupled with my role at Toyota, I have recently begun my freelancing journey as a legal consultant, providing legal support to a variety of businesses, but specialising in providing an array of legal services to independent businesses and freelancers with a similar dream to myself!'
