RMS Pupil Becomes The New 2023 British Open Women’s Foil Champion

We are thrilled to share that Issie, Year 12, has become the 2023 British Open Women’s Foil Champion.

Issie competed in the British Fencing Open Championships at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield on June 3rd-4th.

With over 45 competitors fencing in her category, Issie fenced brilliantly throughout the day. She delivered a stunning final performance, earning her the gold medal.

Everyone at RMS and Issie’s fencing club, Fencers Club London, are extremely proud. Congratulations on your outstanding accomplishment!
