Kingsley Compete In The Peninsula Independent Schools Judo League

Our Judo Team travelled down to Mount Kelly School in Tavistock on Monday to compete in the first Peninsula Independent Schools Judo League between Truro School and Kingsley.

In addition to supporting Judo development in all three schools, the event is designed to allow pupils to gain valuable competition experience while maintaining the sport's high moral standards.

In total, 60 students participated in a series of competitive games related to Judo development, allowing pupils from all three schools to mix and practice together.

The team had a fantastic time on their first trip together, and a lot of effort was put in by everyone, which resulted in a successful Judo session.

The next round is scheduled for Monday, 19th June and will be hosted at Kingsley School.
