Year 6 Exploring the wonders of the wizarding world

Year 6 has had an exciting half-term exploring the journey of film production from writing the script to seeing it on screen. They have produced their own artwork, storyboards, costume designs and written their own scripts. To finish it off they were treated to a day at the Harry Potter Studios in Leavesden where they took part in a workshop using authentic items from the Harry Potter films and then toured the studios. Tasting butter beer, riding broomsticks, and seeing the Great Hall decorated for Christmas were highlights of the trip.
