In 2013 the first edition of the Brian Gilyead Memorial Race took place to raise funds for the British Lung Foundation and to commemorate Brian and his commitment to Aldwickbury and especially skiing for over 30 years. Six further editions took place before covid brought a pause of 2 years. It was fantastic to be able to run the race once again last week and to welcome 24 Aldwickbury boys from Year 3-8 as well as Abbots Hill girls, siblings and 6 Aldwickbury Old Boys.

Among current Aldwickbury boys the results were as follows:
