Raising money for BBC's Children in Need
Published by Pipers Corner School on Tuesday 29th of November 2022
As part of an annual tradition and in our bid to the help change young lives forever, our students had their Pudsey goodies ready and worked hard to raise money today for the BBC's Children in Need.Pre-Prep came to school wearing spotty frocks and blush onesies whilst Prep and Year 7 wore a range of spotty gear and Pudsey-themed clothes. Other students attended in full mufti, with the community donating towards the cause by selling Pudsey ears and a selection of cakes.
In this afternoon's Assembly, we were all reminded of the places where even little pennies can be donated to charity, with our students encouraged to check in the back of the sofa for any unneeded loose change.
We are thrilled as a community to have been able to raise money for such a worthy cause. A huge thank you to everyone for their generosity.
