Just recently, children from Belmont Preparatory School, Holmbury St Mary, near Dorking in Surrey, helped to raise money for BBC Children In Need by bringing their Teddy Bears into school for a sleepover and Teddy Bear's Picnic. They created a new dormitory in the School called 'Nutwood' and on the night of Thursday 18th November, the children filled it with over 200 Teddy Bears.
The children all paid a fee per bear and left them overnight. Fortunately, they were reunited with the children on Friday 19th November, when they had a Teddy Bear's Picnic!
The event raised over £400 for Children in Need.
