Private School (Fee Paying) Girls 3 - 18 Years Day

Our students will be brave and true, ever intellectually curious. They will believe they can do anything. They will want to explore how they can best interact with the world around them and make a difference for the better in their own way. They will be ready for whatever the future brings.

Word From The Head

Head Photo

Mrs Bridget Ward

Here you will find a school that believes in your daughter and her individual potential, creativity, and ability, and it is this approach that is embedded in everything we do.

Our passionate, dedicated and deeply knowledgeable teaching staff are highly ambitious for all our students, and they are committed to supporting, encouraging and challenging every girl to be the very best version of themselves.

Exceptional exam results are the foundations of our school, but we know that what happens outside the classroom is also vitally important. Our co-curricular programme offers over 200 clubs and societies, opening a world of opportunity through which, your daughter will be able to discover her talents and passions, but also create and nurture friendships that will last a lifetime.

Our students are supported by our dedicated pastoral programme which ensures that each individual is seen and heard, therefore, allowing every student to leave us with the resilience, critical thinking and fortitude that is required to excel in the 21st Century.

While our website will give you an introduction to what St Helen’s is about, it is impossible to truly grasp all that is St Helen’s here alone. I encourage you and your family to visit and to experience first-hand what makes this school such an exciting and inspiring place.

    School Reviews

    Libby, Head Girl 2022-23

At St Helen's, girls discover new and exciting ideas, and find out what truly drives them.

Disabled kids do not normally get to experience a holiday on their own-independence. PHAB week is amazing just for that reason alone. WHat you do is pure magic for disabled kids but also a well needed and hugely appreciated break for their families.
